ABOUT GREENLEAF FITNESS
Hello everyone! Thank you for taking the first step towards better health. There are so many options out there and I know you have many choices. I started Greenleaf Fitness because I truly enjoy helping people change their life. I believe that life should be enjoyed, food should be enjoyed and exercise should be enjoyable! I don’t believe in the flashy diet trends or throw out catchy health terms. I emphasis on REAL food and REAL life! No one is perfect and I am far from it! Do I always eat “clean”, no way! Do I sometimes skip a workout, yes! My philosophy is living life 80/20. What does that mean? Well, 80% of the time my food is in check and I am only fueling my body with simple foods but 20 % of the time I’m like, “yum tacos!” It’s all about balance!
I am also a busy mom to three amazing kiddos and know that by eating well and exercising I am setting a positive example for my kids on how to live a healthy life. I also understand the struggles that young moms feel after having a baby. I had 3 babies in 4 years which left my body and mind not in their best shape. I needed more direction. I took the scary leap and became a certified Personal Trainer and found my passion! I develop individualized programs for every client by listening to their concerns, fears and of course goals. I take special care when clients have suffered injuries or are dealing with certain muscle imbalances. My gentle, yet firm approach has helped so many reach their goals and find their inner strength!
